Principal Product Manager - Tech, Recommender Systems, Prime Video Personalization & Discovery

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$161,900 - $279,900/year

Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy and vision for Prime Video Personalization & Discovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences powered by ML/AI.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs
• 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management methodologies
• Degree in a quantitative/technical field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with machine learning applications
