$147,600 - $244,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design strategy for next-generation advertising experiences that leverage AI/ML capabilities.
  • Pioneer new workflows to accelerate the design-to-deployment pipeline while maintaining quality standards.
  • Champion design systems that scale across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams for automated design generation and optimization.
  • Mentor design teams in adopting AI-enhanced workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of design experience.
  • Experience with User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
  • Experience in life cycle design projects from strategy through execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision.
  • Experience influencing design strategies and driving adoption of design systems.
  • Collaboration with AI/ML teams to integrate technologies into design workflows.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in complex environments.
