Compensation:
$147,600 - $244,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design strategy for next-generation advertising experiences that leverage AI/ML capabilities.
- Pioneer new workflows to accelerate the design-to-deployment pipeline while maintaining quality standards.
- Champion design systems that scale across multiple platforms.
- Partner with AI/ML teams for automated design generation and optimization.
- Mentor design teams in adopting AI-enhanced workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of design experience.
- Experience with User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
- Experience in life cycle design projects from strategy through execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing strategic recommendations based on data.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision.
- Experience influencing design strategies and driving adoption of design systems.
- Collaboration with AI/ML teams to integrate technologies into design workflows.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in complex environments.
