PreConstruction Manager, Engineering (GES)

This role is based in Berlin, Germany with 50% travel to other EMEA countries.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex, cross-functional industrial projects.
• Coordinate with design teams and project stakeholders.
• Oversee professional service providers and negotiate costs.
• Supervise the implementation of safety programs and standards.
• Communicate effectively across departments and manage project issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• B.Sc in Engineering or Architecture with relevant experience.
• Demonstrable project management experience.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multiple construction disciplines.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
