Operations Excellence Program Manager, Amazon Flex

This position is based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of key driver experience workstreams, including in-station experience and driver feedback mechanisms.
• Manage and coordinate large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct deep dive analysis and present corrective actions for business reviews.
• Work with Business Intelligence teams to create robust reporting mechanisms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives using data.
• 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
