Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing security operations to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Lead regional security build projects and standardization initiatives.
- Evaluate security situations and develop action plans.
- Oversee and collaborate with security service providers.
- Conduct training on security procedures for employees and contractors.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in building processes and project management.
