Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Amazon Leo

This role is based in Kirkland, WA, and involves leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Front-Line Support Engineers.

Compensation:

$135,900 - $234,900/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements in satellite manufacturing.
• Manage non-conformances and enhance work instructions.
• Implement KPIs to measure team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering team management.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
