Manager, Software Development, Marketing Incrementality Measurement

This role is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Compensation:

$171,400 - $286,200/year

Responsibilities:

Manage a team, oversee cross-functional projects, and mentor engineers. Focus on operational health, goal delivery, and team culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of experience within engineering teams
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale machine learning systems
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and leadership
