Lead Software Development Engineer, Playback Team

This role is based in Newark, NJ.

Compensation:

$184,900 - $250,200/year

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test software components for audio storytelling. Lead the team in building scalable systems for audio ads and optimize playback quality and performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in programming languages and system architecture
• Experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Java, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, machine learning.
