IT Support Engineer, IT Supply Chain

This role is based in Kawasaki, Japan.

Responsibilities:

Manage IT assets for Amazon's internal and external fulfillment centers, including purchasing, inventory control, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
• Familiarity with thermal printers and handheld terminals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco/CCNA.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
