Compensation:
$58,100/year up to $97,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple high-impact initiatives across compliance, risk management, and feature launches.
- Transform complex regulatory requirements into clear, scalable solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and simplify processes.
- Analyze program data using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Partner with product, tech, legal, and operations teams.
- Drive program adoption and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 1+ years of experience using AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience in trust and safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
