Integration Program Manager, AbeBooks

This role is based in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Compensation:

$58,100/year up to $97,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple high-impact initiatives across compliance, risk management, and feature launches.
• Transform complex regulatory requirements into clear, scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and simplify processes.
• Analyze program data using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Partner with product, tech, legal, and operations teams.
• Drive program adoption and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 1+ years of experience using AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience in trust and safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
