Instructional Designer , GSF Learning and Development

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization.
• Create engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, and video content.
• Develop comprehensive storyboards and effective assessments.
• Manage learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in stakeholder or customer management and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a related industry.
• Certified instructional designer.
• Knowledge of using AI tools to create content.
