Inside Plant Cabling Quality Assurance Engineer, DCC Communities, DCC Communities

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

- Drive quality in Data Centers to achieve optimal infrastructure.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop design standards and best practices.

- Conduct audits and inspections of Data Center sites.

- Provide training to Infra Delivery Teams on compliance with design standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in structured cabling or data center environments.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling installation standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes.
• Experience conducting QA inspections in data center environments.
• Strong communication skills to interface with technical teams.
