Industrial Designer III - AMZ17496.12

This role is based in Bellevue, WA.

Compensation:

$144,477/year to $178,800/year

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Single Threaded Leader for operational growth and performance initiatives.
• Remove bottlenecks and accelerate the expansion of operational capacity.
• Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the network to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Identify key risks and build a roadmap of mitigation plans.
• Own cost reduction initiatives for sustaining processes.
• Influence overall terminal strategy and stakeholders.
• Domestic and international travel up to 25% may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems.
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.
• Management of engineering design projects.
• Using data to drive improvements.
