Graduate Engineering Manager, RME

This role is based in Beauvais, France.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional project lifecycles across organizations and geographies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and drive schedules.
• Lead execution of systems and automated equipment designs.
• Provide project status updates and risk analyses to leadership.
• Identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
• Relevant experience with MS Office suite.
• Advanced proficiency in English and local language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Design/Innovation, Research and Development, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience leading projects with increasing scope and impact.
