Responsibilities:

- Work proactively to solve potential problems and inefficiencies.

- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to troubleshoot high severity issues.

- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for documentation.

- Discuss new approaches to automate operational issues.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Experience in at least two programming languages: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, or Bash/Shell

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of configuration management systems (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
Experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps
Experience building scripts and automation for large-scale environments
