This role is based in Toronto, ON.

Compensation:

67,200.00 - 112,200.00 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches; manage customer expectations; conduct interviews and negotiate offers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of closing candidates and negotiating offers experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
