Full Lifecycle Recruiter, AWS Talent Acquisition

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

Source and engage candidates using various tools and channels, conduct pre-screening conversations, partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and optimize recruitment processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or experience in recruiting technical talent
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with recruiting tools and CRM systems
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Experience in diversity recruiting or analytics
