Full Lifecycle Recruiter, AWS Database & Analytics Recruiting

This role is based in Austin, TX, or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $126,100 annually in Austin; $82,700 - $126,100 annually in Seattle.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing and assessment strategies.
• Recruit passive tech candidates and assess their fit for roles.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical and non-technical hiring.
• Develop sourcing models to attract top talent.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to recruitment.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with sourcing plans and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing customer expectations and executing recruiting strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of experience at Amazon.
