Front End Engineer-2, Alexa Smart Home

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Swift/Kotlin. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize components for maximum performance. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and services. Debug and fix issues, and improve application performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional front end development experience
• 3+ years of computer science fundamentals experience
• Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
• Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
