Engineering Manager- Operating Systems Performance, AWS Neuron, Annapurna Labs

This role is based in Cupertino, CA, and involves leading a team to design and implement high-performance compute kernels for machine learning operations.

Compensation:

$166,400 - $287,700/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance compute kernels for ML operations.
• Analyze and optimize kernel-level performance across multiple generations of Neuron hardware.
• Work directly with customers to enable and optimize their ML models on AWS accelerators.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience within engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience leading the development of multi-tier web services.
