Engineering Manager, Embedded Systems Optimization, AWS Neuron, Annapurna Labs

This role is based in Cupertino, CA.

Compensation:

$166,400 - $287,700/year

Responsibilities:

Design and implement high-performance compute kernels for ML operations, analyze and optimize kernel-level performance, and collaborate with customers to enable their ML models on AWS accelerators.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering teams
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in communicating with users and technical teams
• Experience in recruiting and mentoring software engineers
