Devops Engineer, Hosted Execution (HEX)

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

Deliver strategic goals for Amazon Global Infrastructure Runtime for Developers (GRID) systems, manage customer support, troubleshoot issues, and engage with customers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web services and distributed systems
• Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
