Compensation:

$141,000.00/year to $190,700.00/year

Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs, design and develop online learning materials, manage content development projects, and assess training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields and 5 years of design experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in designing training materials, using data analysis for project evaluation, and leveraging learning management systems.
• Proficiency with video editing tools and eLearning development software.
