Data Engineering Manager, GMT Global Operations Engineering and Support

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities:

Lead the ownership and technical evolution of an enterprise analytics platform serving 1,600+ users across various business operations.

Manage platform operations, incident response, and ensure system reliability.

Drive performance optimization and lead a team of data engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with relational databases and large-scale data structures
• Experience managing a data or BI team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies and AWS tools
