Data Engineer, Amazon Smart Vehicles

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$116,500 - $185,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS technologies.
• Design canonical tables and metrics for product and leadership teams.
• Ensure data quality and pipeline reliability through validation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and engineers to provide reliable data insights.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g., Python).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and AWS tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
