Description
Amazon's Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Central Programs org is driving change in the Middle Mile. The TOM PMO & Analytics team is looking for a Data Analyst to work within the Analytic Insights team to help drive data-driven decision-making, measurement, and reporting across TOM operations. In this role, you would be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards, metrics, and analytical solutions that support operational improvements and stakeholder needs across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Knowledge of a modern programming language (Ruby, Java, Python, or C#)- Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Asana Project Management Platform, or proven experience with a similar intake and project management tool- Experience in transportation or supply chain- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau
