Compensation:
Salary range: $74,300 - $130,100/year
Responsibilities:
- Build and own reporting frameworks for Prime membership performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop KPI frameworks for business challenges.
- Design and maintain dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on measurement standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
- 5+ years of Excel and data visualization tools experience.
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with SQL and making business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
