This role is based in Austin, TX, focusing on labor planning for Amazon's North America Customer Fulfillment Network.

Compensation:

$55,800 - $97,600/year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FC and regional leadership to implement innovative labor planning models.
• Deliver actionable plans for senior management.
• Leverage data to drive process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with complex Excel VBA macros.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL or ETL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience handling large datasets.
