Business Analyst, JP Medical Operation

This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational demand and workload patterns to develop efficient shift schedules.
• Create and automate reports using SQL and Excel for data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate system implementation projects, including testing and feedback collection.
• Identify operational improvements while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or above).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operations and process improvement.
• Experience in shift planning or workforce management.
• Experience managing system implementation projects.
