Business Analyst II, Prime Video Trust & Safety

This role is based in Austin, TX, where you will analyze complex data ecosystems to protect customers and content on the Prime Video platform.

Compensation:

$74,300 - $130,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of trust and safety metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Develop business requirements for solutions addressing content policy violations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI models for content moderation.
• Design dashboards to track effectiveness of safety measures.
• Present data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years in business or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years in security and risk management.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with AI systems and cross-functional project delivery.
