Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Business Intelligence metrics for decision-making.
- Partner with Tech, Operations, and Business teams to define key performance indicators.
- Write complex SQL queries in Redshift to analyze large datasets.
- Monitor business performance and deliver diagnostic analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
- 5+ years of experience with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
- Master's degree in an analytics field.
