Automation Engineering Manager

This role is based in London or Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Senior Automation Engineers, planning and coordinating design, documentation, testing, and implementation of controls solutions for material handling systems. Ensure safety in all controls design efforts and support device troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience in systems administration, network engineering, or software development engineering.
• Strong communication skills to address complex problems across business teams.
• Ability to analyze metrics for process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of engineers.
