Compensation:

$183,000 - $247,600/year

Responsibilities:

Manage offshore sustain engineers, collaborate with NPI and OSAT teams, handle production issues, and drive quality and yield optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of ASIC implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with RTL coding and SOC validation
