Apprenticeships Program Manager, EU Apprenticeships

This role is based in multiple locations including Berlin, Leipzig, and Munich.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, delivery, and improvement of apprenticeship programs in Germany, ensuring compliance with national regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program performance and develop new apprenticeship pathways.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in program or project management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in process improvements and stakeholder management
• Proven track record in project management
