2026 Sourcing Recruiter Intern

Location: Seattle, WA, USA

Compensation:

$24.47/hr - $52.40/hr

Responsibilities:

Manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches; set benchmarks and metrics; build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week internship
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program graduating between December 2026 and June 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a professional environment
• Strong academic and leadership record
• Majors in HR Management, Organizational Development, or related fields
