2026 Business Analyst Working Student Germany

This role is based in Berlin or Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and identify trends to drive business efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across different geographies.
• Take ownership of data analysis projects and propose process improvements.
• Support the development of business cases for new programs.
• Maintain and improve performance metrics dashboards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently in your penultimate or final year in a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
