2026 AWS Sourcing Recruiter Intern

This internship is based in Seattle, WA, with potential relocation assistance.

Compensation:

$24.47/hr - $52.40/hr

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
• Availability for a 12-week summer internship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or leadership roles
• Strong academic and extracurricular record
