Survey Ops Program Manager

This role is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$145,000 — $167,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage survey program requirements and digital listening funnels.
• Conduct voice of customer analyses and maintain survey vendor relationships.
• Present updates at various stages of the survey lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in business analytics and customer advocacy.
• Strong fluency with data and analytics, SQL skills preferred.
• Experience in metric development (CSAT, NPS).
• BA required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
