Responsibilities:
- Manage survey program requirements and digital listening funnels.
- Conduct voice of customer analyses and maintain survey vendor relationships.
- Present updates at various stages of the survey lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in business analytics and customer advocacy.
- Strong fluency with data and analytics, SQL skills preferred.
- Experience in metric development (CSAT, NPS).
- BA required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
