Survey Ops Program Manager

This role is remote eligible in the United States.

Compensation:

$145,000 — $167,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own listening framework requirements for stakeholder teams and manage survey programs.
• Conduct voice of customer analyses and maintain relationships with survey vendors.
• Present updates throughout the survey lifecycle including requirements, operations, and insights.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in business analytics and customer advocacy.
• Strong fluency with data and analytics; SQL skills preferred.
• Experience in metric development and project management.
