Staff Technical Program Manager, Reliability & Observability

This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $242,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead Reliability & Observability initiatives, ensuring robust and highly available platform operations.
• Shape technical direction and maintain stakeholder alignment on project success criteria.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience, with at least 8 years as a Technical Program Manager.
• Experience with ML models and AI-powered product development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
