Staff Software Engineer, Growth Platform

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Compensation:

₹6,600,000 — ₹9,400,000 INR/year

Responsibilities:

• Design technical systems to align with product goals.
• Lead engineering teams in developing technical solutions.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers on requirements.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical quality.
• Identify solutions to enhance engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with large-scale web application architecture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
