Staff Software Engineer – Frontend, Guest & Host

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Compensation:

₹6,600,000 — ₹9,400,000 INR/year

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine supply onboarding and vetting features for Airbnb on the web.
• Collaborate with product teams to address productivity and feature pain points.
• Drive investments into new technical capabilities for product innovation.
• Contribute to the team’s technical strategy and mentor peers.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in developing consumer web applications.
• Expertise in Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern libraries like React.
• Strong communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional projects.
