Staff Software Engineer, Communication & Connectivity

Location:

Remote eligible position in the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD per year.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the team’s long-term vision and roadmap.
• Build relationships with partner engineering teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Implement feature building processes for ML products.
• Architect and optimize ML infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop engineers on the team.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of relevant industry experience or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Strong CS fundamentals and knowledge of architecture.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink.
• Collaboration experience with client, backend, and ML teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
