Staff Software Engineer, Communication & Connectivity

This role is remote-eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Shape the team’s long-term vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines for diverse data sources.
• Architect and build machine learning infrastructure optimized for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop engineers while contributing to the broader data engineering community.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data processing pipelines and distributed frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
