Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Relevance and Personalization

This position is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$212,000 — $265,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve machine learning models for product and operational use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business impact opportunities.
• Productionize and operate machine learning models and pipelines at scale.
• Utilize third-party and in-house machine learning tools to enhance system performance.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in applied machine learning with an MS or PhD in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning best practices and algorithms.
• Experience with technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and Spark.
