Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Communication & Connectivity

This position is remote eligible in the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement advanced machine learning solutions including recommendation engines and intent detection models.
• Lead ML, Data, and Product engineers to drive ML applications.
• Mentor and grow software engineers and applied scientists.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a Staff Engineer role.
• Experience in designing scalable AI and ML systems.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
