Staff Fullstack Software Engineer, Marketing Technology

This position is remote eligible in the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Design the future state of the platform incorporating user workflows.
• Lead engineers in building technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product and UX requirements.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical quality.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
