Staff Experience Designer

This role is based in the United States.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $238,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Support the evolution of the Airbnb platform from a design perspective.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to define problems and launch new products.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for a team of designers.
• Anticipate business challenges and create product solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of design experience.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Ability to lead teams and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with design systems and platforms.
