Staff Experience Designer

This role is based in the United States.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $238,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Support and shape the evolution of the Airbnb platform from a design perspective.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, map user flows, and launch new products.
• Influence leadership decision-making and provide mentorship to designers.
• Anticipate business challenges and create product solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of design experience.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and set vision for global products.
• Experience in designing platforms and systems.
