Staff Data Scientist, Platform (Inference/Payments)

This position is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $240,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply causal inference methods for measuring platform impacts.
• Build methods for evaluating ML/AI model performance.
• Develop methodologies to optimize product strategies.
• Deliver research reports and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in Python or R and SQL.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
